Bridle leather is incredibly strong and durable, and has long been used for horse tack.
It is resistant to moisture and humidity, and by carefully infusing bloom (beeswax) deep into the leather, the fibers become strong and firm while maintaining their suppleness, giving it excellent water-repellent properties.
The bloom that permeates the fibers seeps out to the surface with changes in temperature, creating a unique look that differs from one strand to another.
The more you use it, the more it naturally polishes, developing a deeper luster and greater presence.
The name "Racing" comes from the thorough lightweight design used in racehorse tack.
